      Cosmetic surgery done to improve image by CEO. SMT has been cleared up leading to better decision- making

      Cons

      Ever heard of Baan? Still being used here! Harassing Manager with no cue on making strategic planning. Scandal ridden company with terrible HR values. Fire fighting most of the time. Rock bottom company of my career.

      We get to work from home most days.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks leadership abilities. No raises for years. You have to be in the right click to get any recognition or advance your career. HR dept is completely unsympathetic or helpful.
