      Good artist in surroundings and work from home.

      Cons

      -Salary delay is scary and life stopping( 6 month plus delay) After big talk in meeting about salary update and recovery the audacity of paying very small amount like 15 days- 1 month salary is insanely frustrating , it leaves no moral to work anymore. It is almost doing chairty work for them. -Working hours many times goes unrealistic.

      Whatever you are pursuing, you will find opportunity. It's a great environment for people with personal drive.

      Cons

      Resources can get scarce depending on how many concurrent productions there may be going at the same time.
