Everyone was friendly, it had a good atmosphere. They seem to want to foster a good internal culture. Standard of work is high.

Usual agency stuff tbh. Nothing stood out.

This is business that wears its heart on its sleeves. They live by their values - fairness being the driver - and go the extra mile to ensure the welfare and happiness of their people is met. This is of course a two-way street so it is expected that we pull our weight and deliver - and positively contribute to the culture.

Culture is a big deal at Taxi and some of the staff feel this is something to do with everyone else than them - culture is a two way street - yet there are occasions when Taxi’s incredible family culture takes a hit. And this can be tough at times (I’ve been here for 5 years so have witnessed highs and lows). The pressure to deliver amazing work is there... constantly... and this doesn’t suit everyone. So you get a bit of moaning from time to time, but these grumbles typically come from individuals that can’t handle the pace of business and the high standards expected of them. The senior management are AMAZING. They 100% have your back. As do the founders of the business. Lovely chaps.
