Pros
Taykey hires great people. I love working with bright, motivated people who I can learn from on a daily basis. While there are different teams within the company, it truly is one big team - we are all working towards the same vision and no one is too busy to help out, explain something to one-another or give an opinion. The product is cutting edge, and it's awesome to feel like you're part of something that's changing the industry. The people are top notch. Management is always trying to find ways to help us learn and grow. Management is also a very bright group of people, so there is a lot of confidence in their leadership and vision. Not much more I could ask for.
Cons
None. A trip to visit our colleagues in the Israel office would be nice! But in all fairness, Taykey has sent many employees back and forth to create a unified team and environment.
