      Pros

      I have been working at Taykey for a little over a year and it's a great company. The team dynamic is nice, everyone gets along really well. It's an exciting time to be at the company and know that the work you're doing is helping the company prosper.

      Would be nice to have a 401K match plan

      I have been working at Taykey for over two years now and its incredible - I love coming to work! Its an environment that encourages personal and professional growth with some of the most talented people in the industry.

      Pros

      Great cutting-edge (real) technology, that doesn't have 10 companies with the same offering. An intelligent group of hard-working yet caring professionals. Really nice (new) office environment and great benefits. Work-life balance is great, management is very open to working from home when necessary. Many people have been promoted multiple times.

      Cons

      Not enough company happy hours & outings. Office snacks are on the weaker side.
