Awesome co-workers. They offer alot of benefits. Management is part of the team not a dictatorship. They listen to their employees wants and needs.

Pay is slightly low, Sometimes very long hours.

- Engineering is run by experienced, technically competent people. - General sense of collaboration & trust among engineers. - Lots of good work experience and interesting projects. - Excellent place to learn by doing. - Management invests in the company & facilities in a noticeable way. - Much more nimble operation than larger engineering firms, minimal bureaucracy.

- Small company means little specialization. Often spread too thin trying to do too many jobs. - Benefits are not great, Vacation time is a tough sell. - Can feel like a dead end. Easy to develop your talents, hard to see how it will pay off.
