      Upper management in this company is terrible and frankly toxic. Lots of negativity towards a hard-working team. So many misguided company strategies born out of ego.

      -Frequent layoffs -Stressful work environment -Often needed to work late -Poor Management -Seems like everyone is trying to leave as soon as they can
