Upper management in this company is terrible and frankly toxic. Lots of negativity towards a hard-working team. So many misguided company strategies born out of ego.
People often worked all night with no sleep, and were often asked to work weekends. Poor salaries. Senior staff often rude to staff and treated with little respect.
