Pros

Amazing co-workers (minus upper management and leadership) and amazing product

Cons

Leadership doesn't communicate and does not value their employees at all. Successes are not celebrated and there are no annual bonuses. No 401k and no perks other than mediocre health coverage. There is no HR department and HR is VERY MUCH NEEDED as there are a lot of problems that need an objective party's ear. Upper management is vindictive and petty and constantly looking for failures without offering any solutions. No training and not enough staff to cover all the day-to-day tasks. Office space is cramped in a basement that is dark, dirty, and has rats. Everything is a RUSH and product suffers as a result. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and overall pretty unhappy, yet no one steps up and does anything about it. Those that do step up and speak up to leadership are reprimanded and retaliation is unfortunately part of company culture.

Pros

Free clothing, unlimited PTO, remote

Cons

Favoritism is rampant. Highly political. Founder/CEO checked out once he sold his majority share. Chief level management team doesn't care about employee development or growth. There is zero culture and no initiative is taken to foster one. Everyone is doing whatever is required to get by but there is no heart or soul left in the brand. Lots of greenwashing. It was really sad to witness the demise of the brand once the founder checked out and everything fell a part.
