They "Ghost" you after interviews with no feedback or responses - Anonymous employee TeachTown Employee Review

I did two interviews with this company. Both went fine. The hiring manager implied he really wanted me. Never heard any feedback after the second interview. They completely "Ghosted" me. Totally unprofessional behavior. No common courtesy. Never experienced anything like it. Maybe Im old school but I would think managers would be more professional. This behavior makes the company look bad. A major red flag. Probably dodged a bullet. If they treat people like this during the hiring process imagine when you are working for them. Avoid this company at all costs.
