Pros
The atmosphere in my working environment is absolutely amazing. The energy in the office is incredible! We all have an absolutely unshakable work ethic and we're rewarded for our long hours and hard work with a healthy wage. You're encouraged to resolve issues yourself as you are building and maintaining your own business within TeacherActive yet you still have a huge support framework and the training you have throughout is brilliant. The community between all our offices is great too, I regularly receive support and advice from offices all around the country and have weekly 1:1 meetings with my Business Manager to ensure that my development holds steady!
Cons
Working at teacher active isn't your normal 9-5, starting at 7am can be really tough, you certainly need to be dedicated. you need to be really resilient, there can be times when it's really tough but you only improve and achieve more by going through these patches. the support will be there for you as well.
