Cons
No workman's comp. No communication. Owner is petty and spiteful. Terrible benefits, poor pay(at least for early childhood, and they don't tell you about the shift differential during orientation) onboarding process felt uninformed/misleading. Asked for a duplicate W2 and they wanted to charge $30 and make me send in a self addressed, stamped envelope. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
