Pros
More money than a minimum wage/retail job
Cons
Run. Every negative review here is true, no one is being dramatic or exaggerating. If anything they are holding back. Some of the positive ones are obviously written by the owner. I understand many may think a job here gaining some work experience is better than nothing but I beg you not to. Straight up bullying from an authority figure will do you more harm than good. They demoralize you, tell you you’re not smart, tell you you’ll never be successful if you do or don’t do xyz and tell you it’s just the truth if you stand up for yourself. Extreme levels of classism (wealth, immigrants, accents) casually said outloud, extremely offensive. Things that would reported to HR but this company does not even have HR. Absolutely no guardrails for saying ridiculous things to freshly graduated girls and talking down to them. The job is 8-5 in person, you will not have time to look for another job and you will end up spending more time than planned here and regretting it. They will offer you less compensation than on the posting. They will justify by saying things like healthcare (not real insurance, just $2000 per year) and business clothing allowance is taken out of the amount. Unethical.
