Pros
Remote/hybrid work is available in most if not all departments Visibility over internal opportunities and Linked In Learning is available for all staff
Cons
Company is more focused on acquisition than taking care of its current staff, but doesn't on board those acquisitions well. No sense of unity within the company, departments don't talk to each other and there's no clarity around who is responsible for what. Pay is absolutely abysmal, far below market rate. Poor decision making and leadership compounds existing frustration.
