Pros

There is no Pros at this place. Maybe, The new CEO at DWIHN will investigate this agency and talk with the people who do the work and not the Management who are all under a Spell.

Cons

People loose their lives at this place including STAFF! You can GOOGLE our YOUTUBE half the story. It's more to the story, All we need is a full investigation. They cover up serious neglect. If this was an A-A ran agency, their doors would be CLOSED ! They send "SECRET SHOPPERS" out to harrass and intimidate those that leave. How about we fight back and Whistle Blow to Medicaide , the STATE, OSHA, and AIG?? It's more of us than them.

Pros

Most sites qualify for the HRSA Loan Repayment Program, Working for TWC is a great opportunity to gain exposure to almost any area of mental health one might want to specialize in. TWC is fair to good at supporting training. However, you need to take the initiative.

Cons

The company is for-profit, and the bottom line wins when it comes to the ridiculously high caseloads. No concept that there should be caps based on the quality of service, nor the stress level of the employee. TWC doesn't give raises routinely. Instead, a bonus system is in place to distract you from your 150-200+ caseload, so you can focus on the extra money you can earn if you somehow serve most of the people assigned to you! Employee turnover is very high; those who remain are negatively affected by having to pick up their cases. When you think you're working them down, the turnover brings them right back up. No retirement plan. No incentive to stay more than 2 -3 years.
