The company is for-profit, and the bottom line wins when it comes to the ridiculously high caseloads. No concept that there should be caps based on the quality of service, nor the stress level of the employee. TWC doesn't give raises routinely. Instead, a bonus system is in place to distract you from your 150-200+ caseload, so you can focus on the extra money you can earn if you somehow serve most of the people assigned to you! Employee turnover is very high; those who remain are negatively affected by having to pick up their cases. When you think you're working them down, the turnover brings them right back up.
No retirement plan. No incentive to stay more than 2 -3 years.
