The office culture here at Tech II is by far the best I have worked in, very much a family atmosphere in a good way. Management does well at recognizing talent and compensates appropriately. There are always opportunities to learn new technologies and strengthen your existing skills with a wide variety of customers and systems to maintain.

The one con that comes with any IT job, the possibility for after hours/ on call work, however there is always compensation when this needs to be done.

This is a great place to work.

Pay is not very good.
