Great People - Systems Engineer Tech II Business Services Employee Review

Tech II is a great place to work. Friendly and easy to work with people all the way up through the C-level management and owners. They listen to ideas from everyone, and actually implement them and give credit where applicable. Good pay for a small business, good benefits, and flexible when it comes to personal needs and family events.

Really no "cons" to speak of in my experience here.

I have been with the company 6 years. We get to work with the latest technology. There is something new every day. Re one of the other posts on this site, when I have put in for overtime it has never been questioned and always paid. I have noted that staff are promoted from within. Staff suggested to management to move from a cube environment and the decision was made in 1 day. the office was reconfigured for the staff in 3 days.

This is a fast paced industry. If you do not have attention to detail or you are not willing to work then you will not be a fit. (guess that is true of any job)
