I worked for 2 terms with Tech Prastish software solutions (2010-2013) and (2017-2023). In my second term, I worked approx 6 years with honesty and hard work. The same wording is written in my relieving letter by HR with a company stamp. Thanks Company and HR. for this praise and compliment. If the CEO disrespects you in office meeting, the same day he comes to your house in the evening with 2 Management members to feel sorry for his behavior for the same. He should learn to speak before evaluation. He must realize that he is in the most senior position, but he behaves like an intern. Junior employees get a salary on the 7th of every month and seniors a week late or little more. I received all my salary a week or 2 weeks late, every month. Last salary, I received approx a month late.

Tech Prastish software solutions Pvt Ltd CEO has no respect for employees. He use such words for Seniors, which are not even used for 4th class employees in IT sector. Your Computer screen is always under CCTV surveillance. No faith in employees. Very bad kind of politics by CEO. He use shoulder of HR or VP to play such bad politics that you can't even think. Tech Prastish software solutions didn't pay my Gratuity payment while or after relieving. So I submitted a request form in June 2023, more than a month after relieving but didn't receive my payment. So, I filed a case in Labour commissioner court, Mohali, and its under process. 31/01/2024 is the next hearing date.
