Pros

easy to work & salary on time.

Cons

This organization lacks a dedicated delivery team, resulting in minimal project allocation and imminent job insecurity. Employees are only valued if billable, with promised increments contingent upon project allocation and the threat of termination looming if unallocated. The HR department's inefficiency is unparalleled, as inquiries are consistently ignored. Female employees face discrimination, with risks of termination during maternity or salary cuts. There is a notable absence of leadership willing to address these issues. Prospective employees should beware; despite presenting as an IT company, the organization lacks basic internal tools like JIRA, relying entirely on client resources.

Pros

1. Salary - On-time 2. Work from Home facility 3. Office Laptop provision

Cons

1. Management - Annoying CEO, he runs the company with a very typical mentality. Sends messages and voice notes on Whatsapp asking for every day updates, which at time I thought was unprofessional. 2. Fake Board Members - They have a made up Board Members, if you see none of them are actually working for them on LinkedIn. 3. Off-shore support - Entire company is running from off-shore support only, no actual implementation stories they have which makes it hard to sell their services. 4. No Structure of Work - Your reporting manager would be different, and someone who is asking for updates would be different.

Pros

Designation and Payment encourage us to do work. Work culture disappoints developers.

Cons

Always push the developers to work without a properly documented plan. Designation is related to one role, but reality is to do multiple roles related works. Even if your hard work and talent are appreciated, immediately make a plan to confuse developers, and finally tell us aggressively need to focus on Listening Skills and clearly explain the technical aspects to the non-technical persons.
