Pros
OK health benefits, flexible time if you are under the right manager, good to decent pay; If you are happy in your position and just want keep your nose down, work and collect a pay check, this could work for you; Don't get too ambitious though. Good people to work with.
Cons
No upper or senior management, no sales force (as soon as a big project gets started, the big guys start spending the cash and stop looking for work), 401(k) and company stock are a joke, SLOW vacation accrual, no vision for the company or its employees, some PM's are only looking out for themselves ($$$), when things slow down, look out
