None Presently No regular communication in WFH (selectively for me) otherwise too , communicate specially when reusable functions are to be made and taught to others No prioritised testing for a particular developer's webpage, on the other hand random bugs sent without even knowing the concept Testers themselves ask developer how the portal works Last minute changes, extra working hours, Manager made me to report to other employee (whom I had trained )
Cons
Manager didnt address properly since day 1 , Told I will have to cope up any how ( thought it was for encouragement but it was just to ignore me), I picked up many languages Some days later new girl came was addressed properly , Instead of telling me about my ongoing project , spent complete half day in other random things, I kept stuck to project topic The next moment casually told me to teach her saying 'i think you are stressed, teach this to her , so that you will get some help' , my projects assigned to her gradually, made her manager straight away Projects are gotten done from scratch , after sometime no communication is received, later assigned to others , I am made to give training most of the time Also some unsupportive colleagues added to many more such things
