Manager didnt address properly since day 1 ,
Told I will have to cope up any how ( thought it was for encouragement but it was just to ignore me), I picked up many languages
Some days later new girl came was addressed properly ,
Instead of telling me about my ongoing project , spent complete half day in other random things, I kept stuck to project topic
The next moment casually told me to teach her saying 'i think you are stressed, teach this to her , so that you will get some help' , my projects assigned to her gradually, made her manager straight away
Projects are gotten done from scratch , after sometime no communication is received, later assigned to others , I am made to give training most of the time
Also some unsupportive colleagues added to many more such things
