The, "Real" Owner is a good man and Technology Entrepreneur.
Cons
This was a company that had tremendous opportunity and career promise. As stated in the, "Pros" section above, the, "Real"Owner was, and still is, a true Entrepreneur who made the grave mistake handing his thriving business to his brother to "Manage." The decision was probably his biggest regret to date as Sales declined and good employees left the organization at a record pace.
