      Pros

      It is a job that pays twice a month so if you need a small paycheck this is a pro.

      Cons

      They do not pay market rate to their employees and offer very minimal benefits. If you are a contractor with them your pay is negotiated to the nearest nickel and you will not have paid time off.

      Pros

      You typically don't work directly for TCI but are contracted to other companies. Pay is reliable, their employees who handle contracts are kind and responsive.

      Cons

      No vacation or sick so its leave without pay.
