Pros
Absolutely not! Working here is an absolute rejection for me. It has been an extremely negative experience as they consistently make efforts to avoid paying their employees or find unethical ways to reduce their salaries. This is the first company I have come across that deceives its own employees by withholding their rightful pay. The management is the worst I have ever encountered, particularly the director, Kunal Naik, who is highly unprofessional. He frequently uses abusive language towards employees, mistakenly believing it makes him appear cool. This company is only suitable for individuals who have no regard for their professional growth. I am sharing this entire paragraph to emphasize the fact that I worked in the vital sales department, which gives you an idea of how terrible the situation was.
Cons
Working here is a complete deception. It is crucial to avoid this company. Let me explain in a concise manner: 1) The management is absolutely terrible. 2) Their words may sound appealing, but it's nothing more than a toxic facade. 3)I strongly advise every employee to inquire about the relevant team within a company during the selection process. For instance, if you're applying for a sales position, ask about the team's strength and how many employees in that department are currently on notice period. It's essential to speak with existing employees to determine how long they have been with the company. The reason for emphasizing this is because when I joined this firm, there wasn't a single salesperson who had been there for more than four months. Each and every one of them left before completing even a year in the company. This provides a clear indication of the management's incompetence.
