Long waiting periods after exit formalities before receiving clear responses regarding pending dues. Variable pay decisions are communicated only after employees become ex-employees, making it difficult to understand or challenge the decision. Lack of transparency regarding compensation policies and payout criteria. Payroll and settlement-related queries often require repeated follow-ups. Poor communication and accountability during the employee exit process.

It was very short period

Low salary and lack of job security create constant stress. Employees are under continuous surveillance even during the training period and aren’t allowed simple breaks like stepping out for coffee. The work environment is heavily micromanaged, with slow and overly complicated internal processes. The office infrastructure is also poor. There’s no proper space to sit and eat, forcing employees to stand in the balcony during lunch. Even the basic facilities, like office chairs, are worn out, dirty, and lack proper cushioning, making long working hours uncomfortable.
