They offered me the job after interview face to face round. On the day of joining they even not introduce me to some peoples on the company. After passing half joining day time they told me that their was a interview with the client. I was just quite shocked to hear that. I decided to face the interview . Next day I asked them to gave me my joining letter as they committed me to increased salary will they give me in my joining letter. They just given me the offer letter of same salary in my previous company by saying this that candidates not joining the company after taking the offer letter. So I just asked them to gave me the joining letter they told me that printer is damaged so they will gave it tomorrow. After waiting 2 days I asked them to gave the joining letter they again said that printer is not ready yet so I asked them to mail me a soft copy. But they even did not sent that day after asking for the letter too. Next day I asked them again to sent the letter on mail. Insted of giving the letter they told me their was a technical test with the client for my skills. I again shocked to hear that and decided to ask clearly the situation. They told me that after the test they will give me the project to work. I decided to leave that company I asked them to pay for the week which I have spent over their they even did not replied on that. Cons : Bad Environment Office Structure is like a factory Cafeteria is too small and dirty No work culture Future in risk
