There is lot o ease of work and good work life balance. Company gives freedom to work in terms of timing as well as gives ample opportunity to learn.

- Nice culture - Transparency in work and decisions - Excellent work life balance - No salary deduction for leaves - Support in times of personal emergencies - Hybrid work mode even before Covid
Cons
- Space can be improved to make it look fully like an IT company :-)
