I have been working in Tecziq for almost 4 years and the type of care and support to everyone that is provided here, I have not seen in my previous companies. In case of personal or professional needs we can talk directly with the owner of the company and he has never said no to helping us. From my colleagues I have heard that no pay is ever cut in case of long leaves due to urgent need of self or family even if no leaves are left. I have taken multiple trainings and for my self growth and company has always paid for it. We do not have to put in late hours or nights or weekends. Overall a very nice place to work.

Office location is not nearby metro so traveling is difficult.
