Pros

Great place to work. As long as you are hardworking and professional you will fit in. Managers were understanding and caring. Managers were very approachable. Thus, making it easy to ask for help. Manager also valued every person's opinion and wanted it to be a team effort to complete projects. You will learn a lot here. Teel, actually makes it a point to make sure you learn and grow. Spencer Teel says your successes are their successes. With that being said He and the Teel team try and help you succeed. I also never worked after hours. Never worked a weekend. Work life balance was great. Which is not common for the construction field.

Cons

Fast pace. You will need to be very organized to keep up. There seems to be a somewhat high turnover in the lower positions. Meaning you will have to jump in and help on projects you did not start. The turnover is not their fault. I personally was paid higher than industry standard (But I think compensation was based off skill and experience). So, pay was not the problem to cause turnover. But I do believe lower -level employees leave in part because you learn so much. After working at Teel, you are a desired employee for other companies at higher positions.

Pros

I don't think it is common that you find a place where you enjoy your co-workers, technical work and leadership. TEEL's leadership takes the time to listen to the employees and apply and follow-up. I'm excited to see where the company goes and being a part of it all.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Extremely transparent, professionally communicated, and comfortable interview and on-boarding processes. Unbelievably supportive Team with excellent resources and opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Forward looking Leadership and stable growth plans shared with the entire Team quarterly. Company-wide profit sharing program which aligns all departments towards one shared community goal. Continual training on current processes with Leadership consistently asking for Team feedback on potential process improvement and new technologies which could enhance the already terrific work/life balance. Cons

I am only disappointed that I didn't join the Teel community earlier in my career.
