Fast pace. You will need to be very organized to keep up. There seems to be a somewhat high turnover in the lower positions. Meaning you will have to jump in and help on projects you did not start. The turnover is not their fault. I personally was paid higher than industry standard (But I think compensation was based off skill and experience). So, pay was not the problem to cause turnover. But I do believe lower -level employees leave in part because you learn so much. After working at Teel, you are a desired employee for other companies at higher positions.

Poor communication between office & field. Workplace racism on site has been outright brushed off and ignored numerous times. Lack of accountability, loyalty, and responsibility across the board (office & field). Senior management can provide better support rather than causing further conflicts. Workplace culture has produced the exact opposite of cohesive interaction. Superintendents don't receive their bonuses. Very limited career opportunities. 10+ people quit or fired during my time there, both office and field.
