No support, horrible upper management, and they talk to you in a degrading way. There is no one that support the "people" because HR is a joke! The people with big mouths are assumed to be "right". The motto there is: "Do as I say, not as I do." Horrible culture and you must get approval to do your job to the fullest. Company is ran by dictators and not collaborators. Watch out for those red flags you see in your interview and in your gut. They can't hide their poor culture, so it will be easy to feel. Don't ignore it!
