      Not too much is expected, you can pretty much contribute at whatever level you choose.

      Cons

      Leadership is nowhere to be found. No training. No career path. Stay out of the cross hairs of the ruling family or you will be fired.

      Growing company that has a huge focus on work life balance offering the ability to work from home entirely or the option to head into the office every day if desired
