Not too much is expected, you can pretty much contribute at whatever level you choose.

Cons

Leadership is nowhere to be found. No training. No career path. Stay out of the cross hairs of the ruling family or you will be fired.

Great Work and Life Balance

Pros

I joined a year ago and have been very satisfied with the learning and acceptance that I received here. Everyone here is very casual and friendly. This company comprises a group very learned and intelligent people. The quality of deliverable is so far the best for me in my entire experience. Clients are very well placed in the market. Higher management is very easily accessible and is super friendly. The healthy incentive is amazing here. We get free membership to Lifetime, which for me is very valuable. We laugh, have fun and work at the same time.

Cons

The company has now started moving towards a little bit more formal organization structure and some corporate processes that are nice to have but are not a compulsion. I guess that was lacking a little bit earlier but they are moving towards it so I don't know if that really is a con .

Pros

An awesome, accepting company that is leading its industry, growing, and has a corporate culture of achievement and support. Can bring your loved ones to company social events regardless of structure and composition. Creative and engaging employee recognition

Cons

We tend not to turn out well with code monkeys and worker drone types and this can lead to culture shock.
