My Honest Review For Tekshapers Software Solutions( Noida Branch) - Recruiter TekShapers Employee Review

1) No good increments/Hikes 2) After your joining company policy will be change . 3) Policy will not be in your favor like: (Leave Policy, Working hours policy, Notice period policy etc.) 4) How much hardworking you are it doesn't matter if you are not chatu. 5)This Company not good for girls(specially in Night Shift). 6)Your work never recognize and appreciate by management. 7)They never release employee FnF on time taking 2-3 months 8)For some employee they not release FnF and hold the amount so employee working here never give resign take salary on 7th of every month and gone. 9) No employee retention efforts employee hardly work 1 - 1.5 yrs in this company.
