Tekshapers is a very unprofessional company

Hello Working Professionals, I wanted to share my 3.5 years of Tekshapers experience with you all and I would request everybody to read this before joining this company. Highlighting some points: 1. During Joining, whatever the policies(HR, Targets, Incentives) they share with you, the management(4 Directors) can change any policy anytime if that doesn't benefit them. 2. As its a consultancy, they have more female employees and being a woman I considered this while accepting the offer that the company may be good at their diversity & inclusion initiatives but this was not the case, what they do is really what mentally retarded people do: a) Its a Trap, if you are IN then you can't go out - management spends a lot of their time to poke those employees and literally shout every day on them if they get to know that employee is looking for a change. b) Maternity leaves only for 3 months. c) The other worst thing which they will not tell you in advance "They pay once you are back from Maternity(after 3 months) and will pay you monthly(not the collective amount) which is against the government policies. d) Mentally harass people to work more than 11 hours a day. 3. You won't get full pay after leaving even after the notice period, they will never clear your background check for another job, No matter how good performer you are.
