Co-workers stealing from others and threatening others D. Soliciting from peers - selling of goods in the office unrelated to the company E. Commiserating colleagues- co-workers talk smack management and co-workers F. Inconsistent rule book- lack of basic fairness - certain employee get scolded for the same behavior person B gets promoted for. G. Management unresponsive - when a situation occurs there is a promise to resolve it but no follow through. H. No maturity leave for those expecting a child, vacation time and sick take over a month and one half to accumulate. I. No job stability or up ward mobility unless you are favored by management.
