All senior managers are rude, inconsiderate and have too much of big heads. People who work well gets steeped on while people who do half work get praised and catered too! This company is horrible

A. Some workers get away with things that others don't (Favoritism, Nepotism, Cronyism, and Brown Nosers) B. Constant malicious gossip, and office politics C. Co-workers stealing from others and threatening others D. Soliciting from peers - selling of goods in the office unrelated to the company E. Commiserating colleagues- co-workers talk smack management and co-workers F. Inconsistent rule book- lack of basic fairness - certain employee get scolded for the same behavior person B gets promoted for. G. Management unresponsive - when a situation occurs there is a promise to resolve it but no follow through. H. No maturity leave for those expecting a child, vacation time and sick take over a month and one half to accumulate. I. No job stability or up ward mobility unless you are favored by management.
