Overall experience was really good.

Unfortunately, I was unable to identify any significant positives during my time with the company.place.

Management relied heavily on public confrontation instead of professional, constructive feedback. Managers frequently raised their voices at employees in front of the team, creating a toxic and disrespectful work environment. There was also consistent pressure to take on responsibilities outside of one’s role, and declining these requests could lead to threats of termination. Overall, management showed little to no respect for employees, including third-party contractors.
