Pros

it is a decent company with common benefits that every company offers.

Cons

stingy boss, way lower than market salary. You will still be making much more money at other companies after adding your year end bonus to your salary at this company. The boss and few people work here for long years know how to rip new employees off, on both salary and time. You are expected to work at night time after regular office hours almost every day. 20 days paid time off is only for employees who have worked there for >5 years but 99% will want to leave within months after starting.
