Cons
Senior management short sighted, sacrifice good loyal employees to make the number for current quarter. They don't acknowledge or resolve real issues in their core, but rather burden the rest of the organization to cover it. One example, SQA reports to engineering and appropriate testing is usually sacrificed to meet a product deliverable. The rest of the organization carries the burden and ultimately customer are not satisfied resulting in customer loss. If enough customers are lost, senior management will reduce the number of people covering for the problems.
