Pros

Quick hiring process, ability to work from home, inexpensive equipment required, fairly straightforward work, quite a few team leads for guidance

Cons

No breaks during shift unless you add yourself to a que and wait for the system to grant you 5 min for bathroom or 10 for other break which would occasionally make me wait for an hour

Pros

Comfort of home, Comradery with like-minded contractors.

Cons

The pros do not matter if you cannot get paid. No $. No leadership. No future. Company does not honor contract with contractors or clients. Do not expect pay for work completed or delivery of services in a timely manner or at all. Adversity to diversity. No work-life balance. This is a low pay commission only position, however the owner assigns and expects administrative work for free. The company census is down to bare bones, yet everyone has to fight to get paid and/or they have pay balances due them. Owner has expectations but no gratitude and no plan for the future.
