      - flexible work timings - competitive salaries - encouragement to try out new stuff at work with new tech - trainings / sessions on new mobile technologies

      Cons

      - most employee positions are client-site based positions (onshore and offshore) - there is still not much clarity about many processes and policies - no transport (understandable - being a small company, but growing)

      Pros

      One of the chances to get job in USA for those from other countries due to international affiliates other the world. Company is mostly doing corp-to-corp business in SW development / maintenance. Standard benefits, not bad medical and 401K packages.

      Cons

      Salary rate is a little lower than average of the market. The level of bureaucracy is sometime annoying. HR work is not satisfied. Lately the global management was changed, many re-organizations happened and it looks like the things are also getting worse.
