      OK place to be in...

      Pros

      - flexible work timings - competitive salaries - encouragement to try out new stuff at work with new tech - trainings / sessions on new mobile technologies

      Cons

      - most employee positions are client-site based positions (onshore and offshore) - there is still not much clarity about many processes and policies - no transport (understandable - being a small company, but growing)

      Diverse culture with many foreign employees and collaboration across many countries. Local management cares but hands are tied by management in Sweden.

      Cons

      Employees are treated as commodities, not people. Quick to layoff people if a project ends and they are on the bench.
