Pros
The people you work with besides the leadership team are going to be the only reason you hold on for as long as you do.
Cons
Leadership is the problem. They were passive-aggressive, secretive, and all-around unprofessional while I was there. They pretended to have your back and say they wanted to better the company but never made one ounce of change in the time I was there. Or made your life hell when you tried to make a change. They caused drama by sending out threatening memos about unclear rules and guidelines and when asked for clarification on guidelines could never provide clarification. They obviously don't know how to manage their money because they just laid off 5 employees. They let clients walk all over them and expect you to just take it. There is only pretend career advancement and no real growth because most departments don't have any mid-leadership roles or mentorship. They love a title change and throwing you a bone with no real growth or opportunity. HR doesn't really exist. It's like the wild, wild west so don't expect to be able to actually have anything done about any workplace problems. HR has no power to do anything. They let grown men yell at young women. They let leadership individuals belittle people without any repercussions. They pretend to have great benefits and to be flexible, they do not and are not. Do not believe it. On multiple occasions, teams were told if they were not in their seats by 8:30 there would be a problem (yes, ominous that's their forte). The only perk they have is the ability to WFH on Wednesdays (in-person meetings still get scheduled) and Summer Fridays but who even knows if they will continue those. Just stay away. You can do better.
