Pros

The worker bees of the company are great, somehow folks come in at entry-mid level, and try their best...but just wait. Because it's so small, entry level can do work above their pay grade - but at a cost. Lots of talent comes through the front door, but then leaves just as soon as possible.

Cons

Go read what the difference between a boss and a leader is. Then throw it out. They don't even have good bosses. Heavy unnecessary meeting culture, which leads to leadership ALWAYS being busy - no bandwidth to actually lead. Weekly all-hands full of sports analogies and empty promises from leadership. Look up who is running the company and what actual credentials exist. How did that even happen? Plus the company culture and values are empty lies. No accountability - none. Managers and leaders talk about how to help, but when you bring up the same issues week after week, and month after month, even actually bringing the solution to the table- and still nothing is done, that speaks volumes. Managers defer responsibility to others, and then don't like how others handle things. Terrible communication practices. It's amazing the agency is functioning. Look at the social media attempts - for a creative agency, the creative they put out is sub-par. Also, I've never seen such turnover in a company. It's not just because it's an agency. It's because they aren't taking care of their employees.

Pros

The genuinely good people that unfortunately come and go too fast.

Cons

It’s the classic story of the “snake oil salesman.” The pitch sounds promising, the potential seems real—but underneath, the company is toxic. I’ve rarely seen such a high rate of employee turnover. After speaking with several former colleagues, the consensus is clear: run for the hills. Telegraph suffers from one of the most common pitfalls in the agency world—poor leadership. The company is led by individuals with little creative vision, and that disconnect shows. Micromanagement is pervasive, and a bloated meeting culture takes precedence over meaningful work. The end result? Clients receive subpar outcomes, and internal morale takes a hit. All the while, employees are treated to endless sports analogies that feel more like filler than inspiration. To anyone considering an entry-level role here: if you’re in a tight spot and need the paycheck, it may serve as a short-term option. You’ll quickly learn what mismanagement looks like—and perhaps more importantly, you’ll begin to recognize your own value and the kinds of environments where that value is respected. There are better opportunities out there, especially in larger, more creatively driven markets. Look in those directions.
