Pros

People are Collaborative with each other, but the roles are not properly defined thus there is conflict.

Cons

They dont know how to manage people. Top Management know only to shout on subordinates. Roles are not defined. You should be preapared to do all task weather you know or you dont.

Pros

1. The CEO is an exceptional business leader and also a social entrepreneur. Other than Rane T4U, his multiple socio-economical initiatives specifically his pioneering work on ACE - Autorickshaw Community Empowerment (covered by an HBR case study) is an inspiring example of platform cooperativism involving the public, private and social sectors. 2. The organization works with some of the top brands leading the evolution in the logistics space. Hence one does get to work on disruptive changes shaping the industry. Great place to get hands on technical IOT experience. 3. A start-up like work culture gives a lot of freedom to add value in whatever form an individual can and creates scope for learning and honing skills. Experimentation in problem solving is encouraged and failure isn't stigmatized. 4. Focus and orientation of the organization is on results and a culture of policing and excessive control is thankfully ABSENT. 5. The company is funded by the Rane group and at the bare minimum that does provide a necessary security net to a start-up such as Rane T4U.

Cons

1. Low on structure, processes and formalization. 2. DNA is more entrepreneurial and hence an action bias is there as opposed to methodology, planning and documentation. 3. The company pays salaries consistently within the first week of the next month. For folks used to receiving salaries on the last day of the month (such as corporates) this does take some getting used to. 4. Compensation offers are consciously structured to be fair but conservative, and not very lucrative to start with. However, once on the job merit is proven, there are instances of exceptional growth in role and compensation.

Pros

I was Fedup of mundane business offerings in the market. Same old ERP sales or static cost efficient way of delivering solutions.... This company offers a challenging opportunity to grow for only people who are hungry to perform and grow in their career. This company is a LiveERP Solution and Service provider, one of the unique place to work. What ever may be the situation, every thing is issue based and zero politics organisation.

Cons

I dont think demanding results is bad. I think thats why we are paid for. I think it is my duty to ensure I deliver else get out ! One of the cons I think is company is spreading everywhere in the world. But my age and wisdom is low perhaps and Management has better vision. Let me leave the decision to Management and focus on my role and KRA.
