Pros

Impressive Training of 5-6 days.

Cons

Worst possible place. I am giving 1 star, because there is nothing lower than that. During the training, you will feel very good & positive. You will also find HR people very good & friendly. But once you start working, its a different story. I worked as "Tele Sales Executive" for Australian Energy Process. 15 people work for outbound calls under each team leader. Team Leaders constantly move around like a slave owner with a whip. Calls come continuously & you are not allowed to take even 2mins break from work in between even though you are taking 150-200 calls per day with headset plugged in. Working time is for full 9hrs from 6am to 3pm with no breakfast or tea break allowed. You will get only one break for food for 25mins between 10.30 to 11pm. That too, the Team Leader can reduce it to 20 mins. If you somehow managed to get 5mins break for coffee, Team Leader comes running to the canteen if you do not come back within 300s. You need to take Team Leader's permission before going to washroom and that too he may deny permission. If you sitting on zero sales, Team Leader asks you to keep standing while taking calls. Thats my experience at the Park Circus branch in July,2018. It is like a slave plantation.

Pros

Not the very best payer attend interview , straight forward process , fill your details , personal, educational and professional and verbal interview No standard interview or skill related questions , just depending on the HR , they get to know more about u and shoot questions

Cons

It can be bit intimidating if you are inward or introvert , so its good to have a slightly higher salary experience if you are willing to come down to a lesser pay and willing to work for a sales process

Pros

Honestly there was no pros in Teleminds Infotech,

Cons

I have been in the Teleminds QA department and people are made to overwork 12-13 hrs a day almost 4 days a week out of 6 working days. They wont let you go home unless you complete the vast amount of work you are assigned to. If people are absent, their work will also be assigned to you, not at all a healthy environment and people almost leave the department after a month. And talking about the salary its literally nothing compared to the amount of overwork you are made to do. When i went to join, i was told that i had to max overwork 30 mins - 1 hr at the end of the month, (4-5) days but people are almost made to overwork 11-13 hrs almost everyday, The TL don't care about your life or mental and physical health, they just know making the employee overwork 12 hrs a day will get the job done. The QA department is led by TL Azhar and Sayanti, and trust me Azhar doesn't even know how to talk to a person and lacks the minimum decency and the other TL sayanti, she changes her behavior within 0.5 secs and blames you for everything. Both Azhar and Sayanti are literally not loved at home and depressed in their life which they take out in the employees.
