Pros

Impressive Training of 5-6 days.

Cons

Worst possible place. I am giving 1 star, because there is nothing lower than that. During the training, you will feel very good & positive. You will also find HR people very good & friendly. But once you start working, its a different story. I worked as "Tele Sales Executive" for Australian Energy Process. 15 people work for outbound calls under each team leader. Team Leaders constantly move around like a slave owner with a whip. Calls come continuously & you are not allowed to take even 2mins break from work in between even though you are taking 150-200 calls per day with headset plugged in. Working time is for full 9hrs from 6am to 3pm with no breakfast or tea break allowed. You will get only one break for food for 25mins between 10.30 to 11pm. That too, the Team Leader can reduce it to 20 mins. If you somehow managed to get 5mins break for coffee, Team Leader comes running to the canteen if you do not come back within 300s. You need to take Team Leader's permission before going to washroom and that too he may deny permission. If you sitting on zero sales, Team Leader asks you to keep standing while taking calls. Thats my experience at the Park Circus branch in July,2018. It is like a slave plantation.

Pros

Nothing, very toxic work culture.

Cons

Let's start with the security guard, who seems to think he's the CEO of the company. He takes every opportunity to remind you who's really in charge around here. Then there's the team leader, Azhar, who has a unique approach to leadership—one that includes using language that would make a sailor blush and showing utter disregard for anyone's personal boundaries. He seems to believe he’s descended from royalty but behaves more like a dictator. And then there's the centerpiece of this toxic workplace, Mr. Dheeraj Pratap Singh. His management style is nothing short of exemplary if your goal is to create an environment where bullying and harassment are the norms. He enables his equally unprofessional seniors to torment their juniors, making the workplace feel more like a battleground than an office. With his outdated mentality, he seems to think he runs Sector 5, and his behavior towards female employees is beyond unacceptable. It’s not just inappropriate; it's downright predatory. Women should be particularly cautious, as he’s been known to make offers that are as unethical as they are insulting, all under the guise of “advancing” their careers. In short, if you're looking for the worst possible work environment in Sector 5, look no further.
